Members can book sessions with trainers through our website or at the gym. Once a booking is set, both the trainer and the client have the right to cancel the session if needed. When cancelling, both parties are encouraged to add remarks or reasons for the cancellation for proper documentation and transparency. Repeated or last-minute cancellations without valid reasons may affect booking privileges.
If you did not receive your payment receipt via email or accidentally lost it, you can request a copy of your receipt from the gym staff at the front desk. Our team can verify your payment and reissue a digital or printed copy for your records.
